I have loved seeing all the images coming up on my newsfeed this week
and seeing so many submissions from talented photographers with different styles.
So many of them took me back to my childhood with photos of piano lessons,
bicycle stabilizers and cardboard box adventures.
bicycle stabilizers and cardboard box adventures.
I changed my mind so many times as who to choose and finally decided on these amazing images.

I love the simplicity to this B&W image.
How the empty space draws you straight to the little lady and captures
her engrossment in what she is looking at. Brilliant!

This will be an image that his/her parents will cherish forever. I love the documentary style and how the moment is perfectly captured in time with the shadowed frame.
...........................................
Perfect imperfections! Possibly the best newborn ‘detail’ shot I’ve ever seen.
I love the textures, the shadows and his/her curled up toes leaving you to wonder whether they are crying or stretching.
...........................................
Every adventurous little man loves a good box. A single image that can tell you so much. The shadows surrounding the frame draw you straight to the captain of the ship and you just know he is having move fun in the box than the £250 car set that just came in it.
...........................................
Perfectly described by the Mavenista’s. ‘Imagine the things these two will discover together’ I loved my first ever bike and remember every detail.
This image captures just that!
...........................................
Beautiful perspective of another childhood moment.
The warm colors of the wooden floor, the focused B&W piano keys that lead your eyes
to the children’s hands and OOF music sheets.
Cue ‘Chopsticks’
Who doesn’t love a new pair of monster slippers!
One of my favourite crops and brilliant grainy processing! Great work.
Perfect 3 quarter natural lighting and composition.
I love the simplicity to the image, subtle coloring and dark empty space behind.
Another image that I think could tell so many stories.

Another great perspective with colors that scream ‘FUN’.
I love that you can’t see the little girls face
but you know there would be an intense concentration.
Beautiful image!
