{autumn}

Christine, you did an amazing job making these leaves look as though they were sugar cookies ready to be eaten. I love the dark plum and maroon as well - great color palette.

Thank you for showing us another perspective Rebecca! The landscape and point of view here is impeccable.

 Joni pointed out that there was no layouts or extra added to this shot. That makes this moment so special. The composition and natural symmetry of everything is an added bonus.

The pop of red in her little one's sweatshirt really brings the viewer in. This kid is stylin' Elise. Lovely perspective and composition as well.

The light, the light, the light. Love how my eye starts at the light, then moves along toward the boy. The flow of this image is really great Lisa.

 This is a pivotal image, showing the leaves only beginning to change. The clarity and bold color is really refreshing and I always adore a good shooting through image.

Another perspective, from another part of the world. Thank you for pointing out what your Autumn is Cara. I get a real authentic feeling from this moment of laughter and connection.

 When I first saw this, I thought yum. If one could eat a photograph, this would be one to scoop up with a spoon. All the colors bokehed in with one another is so delightful. Bokehed is a word right?

Getting directly above and shooting is always a good way to portray something in my opinion. The pop of color and clarity is spot on as well. All around, this is a very sweet moment and warm image.

Wherever there is a definition explaining the golden ratio / or the golden spiral... this image needs to be there. In love with the journey that my eyes get taken on, from left to right, then swooping around to that subtle flare, so you can then see the whole image in its bokehed entirety. Bokehed.... there's that word again. So incredible Tracy.

and the winner is......

This image is stunning. It has a fashion magazine feel to it, and when I was in college -W magazine specifically- was stacked up tall. I'd flip page after page after page, consuming it all. It brings me back.... So attracted to this image, from quality to story. Great work Julia.
